The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents and arrested the following suspects from May 8-13, according to public police records.

May 8

• Domestic dispute, reported at 2:28 a.m. in the 400 block of Normandy Road, Louisburg.

• Breaking and entering, larceny, reported at 7:37 a.m. in the 100 block of Ridgewood Road, Youngsville.

• Disorderly conduct, reported at 7:35 a.m. in the 900 block of Cedar Creek Road, Franklinton.

• Damage to property, reported at 8 a.m. in the 900 block of Cedar Creek Road, Franklinton.

• Sex offender registration violation, reported at 11:38 a.m. in the 200 block of T. Kemp Road.

• Damage to property, reported at 12:35 p.m. in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 401.

• Simple assault, possession of marijuana, reported at 2:35 p.m. in the 4700 block of N.C. Highway 39 South, Bunn.

• Stalking, reported at 5:57 p.m. int he 4000 block of N.C. Highway 56 East, Louisburg.

• Simple assault, reported at 7:56 p.m. in the 200 block of West Green Street, Franklinton.

May 9

• Domestic dispute, damage to personal property, reported at 7:52 a.m. in the 4600 block of Seven Paths Road, Spring Hope.

• Larceny, reported at 12:16 p.m. on Killdeer Drive, Louisburg.

• Possession of marijuana, reported at 11:56 a.m. in the 2200 block of Tarboro Road, Youngsville.

• Obtaining property by false pretense, reported at 2 p.m. in the 5100 block of Pearces Road, Zebulon.

• Larceny, reported at 2:46 p.m. on Pen Oak Lane, Youngsville.

• Larceny after breaking and entering, reported at 6:39 p.m. in the 4700 block of N.C. Highway 98 West, Youngsville.

• Simple affray, reported at 8:52 p.m. in the 1100 block of Alford Mill Road, Bunn.

• Timothy Brian Gupton, 50, of White Level Road, Louisburg, charged with stalking at 12:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of White Level Road, Louisburg, $1,000 secured bond.

• Brionna Lee Smith, 24, of Oak Drive, Youngsville, charged with possession of heroin, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:47 p.m. on U.S. Highway 1 in Franklinton, $10,500 secured bond.

• Roberta Pennington, 41, of Hidden Forest Road, Louisburg, charged with domestic criminal trespassing at 9:40 a.m. in the 200 block of T. Kemp Road, Louisburg, no bond.

• Joseph Smith Jr., 43, of Old U.S. Highway 64, Zebulon, charged with simple assault at 1:45 p.m. in the 5100 block of Old U.S. Highway 64, Zebulon, $600 secured bond.

• Alfreda M. Hodge, 33, of Torquay Crossing, Raleigh, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 2:10 p.m. in the 200 block of T. Kemp Road, Louisburg, $10,000 secured bond.

• Steven Edmund Carlyte, 41, of Greenfield Drive, Franklinton, charged with violation of compulsory school attendance law at 5:15 p.m. in the 200 block of T. Kemp Road, Louisburg, $1,000 secured bond.

May 10

• Domestic dispute, reported at 12:49 a.m. in th 600 block of Jordan School Road, Warrenton.

Disorderly conduct, reported at 7:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Cedar Creek Road, Franklinton.

• Larceny, reported at 10:02 a.m. in the 900 block of Cedar Creek Road, Franklinton.

• Possession of drug paraphernalia, reported at 7:02 p.m. in the 3400 block of Sledge Road, Louisburg.

• Breaking and entering, damage to property, reported at 11:55 p.m. in the 6000 block of N.C. Highway 561, Louisburg.

• Beverly Sue Tanner, 49, of Curtis Road, Louisburg, charged with obtaining property by false pretense at 11:45 a.m. on Curtis Road, Louisburg, $1,500 secured bond.

• T’keya Kiera Holloway, 28, of Hoyle Drive, Raleigh, charged with failure to appear at 1:53 p.m. in the 200 block of T. Kemp Road, Louisburg, $1,000 secured bond.

• Jason Robin Ristuccia, 33, of Northview Court, Raleigh, charged with injury to real property, breaking and entering a trailer or aircraft, two counts of larceny and 10 counts of breaking and entering at 3:20 p.m. in the 100 block of Bear Court, Youngsville, $33,500 secured bond.

May 11

• Larceny, reported at 1:46 p.m. on Linette Court, Youngsville.

• Larceny, reported at 2:38 p.m. on U.S. Highway 64 at N.C. Highway 39, Zebulon.

• Communicating threats, reported at 4:10 .m. in the 200 block of Mulberry Road, Spring Hope.

• Assault, damage to property, reported at 4:33 p.m. in the 2000 block of N.C. Highway 98 West, Louisburg.

May 12

• Simple assault, reported at 8:47 a.m. in the 200 block of Pine Ridge Drive, Franklinton.

• Assault on a female, reported at 6:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Thornwood Lane, Youngsville.

• Damage to property, reported at 10 p.m. in the 100 block of Dupree Drive, Louisburg.

May 13

• Wire fraud, reported at 11:50 a.m. in the 900 block of Flat Rock Church Road, Louisburg.

• Simple assault, reported at 1:10 p.m. in the 100 block of Howard Rant Road, Bunn.

• Larceny, reported at 5:20 p.m. in the 300 block of T.K. Allen Road, Louisburg.

• Malicia Alford, 41, of Williams White Road, Zebulon, charged with misdemeanor larceny at 1:40 p.m. on Williams White Road, Zebulon,, released on a written promise to appear.
