The public will take notice that the Wake Forest Planning Board and the Board of Commissioners will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 7:30 PM in the Wake Forest Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the rezoning map amendment referenced above. The Planning Board will consider the request at its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 7:30 PM and make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 7:00 PM may consider the petition and the recommendation of the Planning Board and may, in its discretion, choose to modify it. The Wake Forest Joint Public Hearing and Planning Board meeting scheduled on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 will be conducted virtually using Zoom, an online virtual meeting tool. Town Hall will be open to the public. Individuals attending will be required to social distance and sign in for contact tracing purposes. In the event the Board Chambers are at capacity due to social distancing, an overflow room will be available to listen to the meeting.
