RALEIGH - North Raleigh Christian Academy (NRCA) had 11 student-athletes sign with their respective college to play at the next level.

Brooke Robinson will run track and field, plus cross country at Baylor University. She's a long distance runner who's personal best time for the 400-meter dash is 1:13.04. In the 800-meter run, her best time is 2:35.94. For the 1,600-meter run, her record is 5:28.07. For the 3,200-meter run, her best time is 11:54.55.

In cross country, Robinson's best time is 18:49. She plans double majoring in Business Management and Political Science on a Pre law track in college.

Jackie Taylor will swim for the University of Tampa. At the North Carolina Independent School Athletic Association (NCISAA) Division I state championship, she placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:05.15 and second in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:06.28.

C.J. Paradis will play football for Johns Hopkins University. At 6-foot-1 and 290 pounds, he played center and defensive lineman for NRCA.

Margaret Ann Andrews will play women's golf for Barton College. She placed 31st in the NCISAA state championship with a total score of 180.

John French will play men's tennis for Rensselaer Polytech Institute in New York.

Zack Weekman will run track for Liberty University. His personal best in the 110-meter hurdles is 15.24 seconds. His record for the 200-meter dash is 24.50 seconds. His best time for the 300-meter hurdles is 39.88 seconds.

NRCA will send five players off to college from their 2019 NCISAA state championship squad.

Megan Janok will play volleyball for Graceland College. She has 48 career kills, 38 digs, 10 blocks and nine aces.

Mary Cox will play volleyball for Averette University. She has 21 career digs and four aces.

Payton Jones will play volleyball at Lees-McRae College. She has 56 career digs, 52 kills, 40 assists and four aces.

Skylar Buckley will play volleyball Mississippi State University. She has 1,003 career kills, 132 aces, 26 blocks, 1,165 digs and 1,093 assists.

Taylor Thomason will play volleyball for Coastal Carolina University. She has 139 career aces, 1,198 digs and four kills.
