LOUISBURG — A Youngsville man was charged with indecent liberties with a child last week, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

Omar Alfaro Cortes, 39, of John Mitchell Road, Youngsville was arrested around 11 a.m. Friday and placed under a $150,000 unsecured bond, court records showed. His mugshot was not available.
